Mindrage was a groove metal band that originated out of Little Rock, Arkansas in the United States. The band began in 1997, with the lineup of Vocalist and Guitarist John LeCompt, Bassist Nick Williams, and Drummer Chad Wilburn. Wilburn would later be replaced by Justin Carder.

The band was originally signed with Rescue Records, but later switched to Bulletproof Music and eventually Pluto Records.[1] The band recorded a demo cassette, a single studio album titled Sown in Weakness, Raised in Power and a split with Nailed Promise.[2]
