Grave Declaration is a symphonic blackened death metal band that originated out of Møre og Romsdal, Norway, out of the continent of Europe. The band began in 2006, created by Thor Georg Buer.[1]
History[]
Grave Declaration began in 2006 out of Norway on the continent of Europe. The band was created by Thor Georg Buer as a way to "make worship songs in the metal genre".[1] Buer would cover all instruments, eventually adding on a full live lineup, including Pål Haugland Andersen on Bass.[2]
The band would then release an EP, titled The Nightshift Worshiper, which debuted in 2008 via Momentum Scandinavia, which featured only Buer's work.[3] Buer would add on bandmate Jo Henning Børven on Drums, Kristian Larsen on Guitars, and Ronny Hansen on Vocals and the band would finalize a studio album, titled When Dying Souls Scream Praise.[4] The band is currently working on a new album.[5]
