Deathbed Atheist was a progressive metal supergroup that began out of Seattle, Washington in the United States. The project seemingly began in 2015. The supergroup consisted of Ryan Clark (Demon Hunter, ex-Focal Point, ex-Training for Utopia) on Guitars, Nathan Burke (ex-Frodus, The Out Circuit, Night is Invisible) on Bass and Matthew Johnson (ex-Don't Know, ex-Blenderhead, ex-Roadside Monument) on Drums. Originally, Sean Ingram of Coalesce was to record Vocals for the project, however, he became unable due to life progressing.
The project recorded a single demo in 2015. The demo was then released officially on a compilation for Timothy Henderson (ex-Warlord, ex-Catechuman, ex-Mr. Bishop's Fist), to help him with his medical condition.
