Begotten Plagues was a technical black metal project that originated out of Johannesburg, South Africa out of the continent of Africa. The project began in 2012, created by Jethro de Beer and Roy Bergh.

History Edit

The band began in 2012 with the lineup of Roy Bergh on Vocals and Bass and Jethro de Beer on Guitars and Drum programming.[1] The band recorded and released two singles in 2012, titled "The History of Creation (Genesis 1)" and "Cain Murders Abel".[1] The following year, the band was featured on a compilation by a promotions company called God Love for Hardcore, titled Winter Compilation Vol. 1.[2] By 2015, the project had disbanded.
